If you’re not satisfied with the final deliverable, we’ll work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

• You’ve communicated your concerns within 7 days of project delivery.

• You’ve provided clear feedback and allowed us at least one round of revision to address the issue.

• The dissatisfaction is due to our work not meeting the agreed scope or quality standards.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

• You’ve approved the final deliverable and the project is marked as complete.

• Dissatisfaction is based on a change of mind, direction, or scope after work has started.

• You fail to provide the required assets, feedback, or communication causing delays or mismatched results.

• You request a refund beyond the 7-day window after delivery.

• Additional revisions

• A partial refund

• Or a full refund, if necessary

Note

For larger or phased projects, refunds are only applicable to the most recent phase or milestone, not the full project unless the full delivery is in dispute.
