You’ve communicated your concerns within 7 days of project delivery.
You’ve provided clear feedback and allowed us at least one round of revision to address the issue.
The dissatisfaction is due to our work not meeting the agreed scope or quality standards.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
You’ve approved the final deliverable and the project is marked as complete.
Dissatisfaction is based on a change of mind, direction, or scope after work has started.
You fail to provide the required assets, feedback, or communication causing delays or mismatched results.
You request a refund beyond the 7-day window after delivery.
